KEDAI KOPI CHUANG WAH is locted in Malacca city center,just near the Malacca river and the Jichangjie old street. Without Local Peple’s guide,you will hard to find this restaurant.From the exterior to the indoor decoration, you will wonder, like me if the hainaese chicken ball here is really as delicious as people recommend.But from the long queue waiting outside, I believe you will spend your time in queue to try the chicken ball.
The inner decoration is old and very Chinese style, Some old newspapers reporting about this restaurnt were hung on the wall. And on the other wall ,there are two inscribed boardboard in Chinese.
The kichten in KEDAI KOPI CHUNG WAH is open, you can see the staff prepare chicken and rice ball. I think the boss of KEDAI KOPI CHUNG WAH is a traditional Chinese. It keep everything of his restaurant very traditional Chinese style.He do not use the morden company managment system to manage his restaurant.staff in his shop may his family members. They did not use morden computer to check the bill, but still use pen to caculate what your order on paper and check how much you should pay for. In my mind, this is quite waste time. In the other word, maybe on this way, they keep the traditional taste till now and this is the most attractive for tourist.
